Orders received before 4pm on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

For customers who require their luxury items promptly, we offer a Next Day Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for next day shipping.

2.2 Standard Shipping
In most cases, our standard shipping option ensures that your order is delivered within 3-5 working days. This is the default shipping method for all orders unless the Next Day Delivery option is selected.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

5. International Shipping

At this time, DesignerDives mainly ships within Europe and the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, there may be rare occasions where delivery takes longer than expected (3-5 working days). Factors such as customs processing, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may contribute to delays.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. DesignerDives is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
